The value of these groups cannot be over stated. So I have three ways of helping local babywearing groups: Every month I donate at least one wrap to a babywearing group. Learn more about how to get a donation for your lending library. I give special babywearing group credit to anyone who buys a wrap from me. If you buy a wrap and are part of a local babywearing group, your purchase buys $10 worth of wrap for your group's lending library. Find out how your personal purchase can benefit your babywearing group's lending library. I provide a directory of local groups to help new members find their closest group. Please let me know if your group is not on my list. The only reason a mom is going to become interested in babywearing is because she sees it helping other moms. Other people see a regular, local person enjoying the comfort and benefits of babywearing in normal daily activities and that will inspire them to learn more. If you carry babywearing info cards on you, it will give inquisitive strangers somewhere to start on their own research into babywearing.   I offer free babywearing info cards to any individual or group, and have specifically left a blank space on the back of the card for groups to include their information: website, meeting times and locations, etc. If you want to start up a group and lending library in your community, I am happy to help anyway I can.
