Girasol Sherwood Woven Wrap Baby Carrier
Safety tested: this wrap has passed US safety standards (ASTM F2907) in a government approved laboratory. This intricate honeycomb weave is beautiful in the dancing earthy shades of Girasol Sherwood, a design inspired by sunlight filtered through a leafy canopy. Designed by Kali Designs and brought to life by Girasol. Named for the greenwood of the Robin Hood legends, Sherwood is all the colors of the woods through the seasons of Winter, Spring, Summer, and Autumn. The harvest hues create an ombre from brown to red, through orange, yellow, and green, with darker edges in a dusty brown belotta weft. For those familiar with g/m² or gsm (grams per square meter – a way of measuring fabric weight), this honeycomb weave Atlantis wrap has a gsm of about 228.26 g/m²

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Most of my international shipments are sent by USPS Priority Mail International with a discounted shipping rate of $26 for most European and Australian shipments and $30 for most Canadian shipments.
I ship worldwide – put a wrap in the cart and enter your shipping address to get a shipping quote.
USPS Priority International reports a shipping time of 6-10 business days to most major markets. That means that if you live far from a major city, it may take a little longer.

Woven wrap sizing depends mainly on the size of the adult using the wrap and which carries you want to be able to do.
If you are new to woven wraps, choose your base size wrap. Your BASE SIZE is the wrap length that will allow you to comfortably tie all of the full length carries.
If you live somewhere very hot or prefer to use a shorter wrap that will have fewer layers around you and baby, I recommend choosing a size that is 2 sizes smaller than your BASE SIZE.

3. If you are wrapping a large toddler or wrapping twins, you can use a wrap that is 1 size larger than your base size.

FIVE STARS fresh out of the package this wrap was incredibly soft and sturdy. After a quick wash and dry (YAY EASY CARE) I was able to test this out with 3 different sizes. Perfect for the 8lb demo doll, amazing for my bestie’s 20lb toddler and strong and grippy for my 30lb toddler. So it’s thin, and easy to work with yet it grips so well, and is so strong and supportive! On top of these amazing qualities it’s GORGEOUS. The colors are the perfect earthy goodness. You could call it Autumnal but I truly think these colors are lovely year round! This could easily be a one and done wrap!!!
Love the quality of this wrap and that is fair trade; it really doesn’t get better than that. The color of this specific model is so beautiful and it blends so well with my outfits. I would say get one number up if you want to do more elaborate wraps; that’s my only regret!
I bought this wrap 2 years ago when a different wrap I had was stretching when wearing my 4th child, and I wanted be able to wear him on my back while doing chores. I quickly fell in love with it. Fast forward 2 years, and I am struggling to keep my 5th baby happy in that same stretchy wrap from my 4th child. I pulled out this wrap, and she loves it! I am considering giving away my stretchy wrap and just buying another woven wrap! They are beautiful, and so versatile!
Absolutely gorgeous woven wrap that has perfect wrap qualities! Broke in beautiful, easy to tighten and tie off, passes don’t slide out of place, and the grip to glide ratio is everything I look for in a sling! I get SO MANY compliments on Sherwood when I wear it!
