To capture the same saturated rainbow colors of a previous Girasol design, Sunset Rainbow is the latest rainbow from Girasol. This jewel toned rainbow is woven in the intricate honeycomb weave which lends delicacy to the vivid shades of red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple in sunset hues owing to the red weft threads. This is Girasol’s lightest weave and is an excellent choice for a new wrapper, or an experienced wrapper, because it is soft, supple, thin and perfect to wrap around a tiny newborn but still supportive for a heavy toddler. This graphic will help you identify your base size – the wrap length you would use for full length carries. You can choose to get your base size for the widest range of carries, or a shorter length for shorter carries with fewer layers. 2 sizes smaller than your base size is a good size for still having a lot of options if you prefer less fabric.
