Wrap Your Baby Goes to Puerto Rico
We’ve all heard about the devastation in Puerto Rico and I #CantDoNothing so while I don’t have much that I can donate materially or financially, my husband and I are able to donate our time and physical effort.
Our 3 kids are no longer babies and we have grandparents that can take our children for one week.
Our home business is our family’s sole income. This means we have the flexibility of saying we’re taking a week off. It also means we rely on the income from our business every week so here’s the plan:
We have several pre-orders that will not be at all delayed by this trip and we want to promote those heavily in our absence. Our other wraps will also be available to order and we’ll ship as soon as we return. One week is not too long a delay for shipping wraps, if it’s for a very good cause, is it?
The shipping schedule is outlined below. But first, our pre-orders:

Shipping Schedule for In-Stock Wraps
If You Order Friday…
…you should have your wrap by the 2nd of November.
We are leaving Friday so our last shipment of wraps goes out tomorrow (Thursday). Wraps ordered Friday (20 October) will ship Monday (30 October). That gives us the weekend to catch up on packaging everything and we deliver it to the post office Monday. If you are in the US, my free shipping is 2-3 days with Priority Mail so you should have your wrap by the 2nd of November.
If You Order Over the Weekend…
…you should have your wrap by the 2nd of November.
If You Order Mon – Fri (23 – 27 October)…
…you should have your wrap by the 2nd of November.
That means that Friday orders will have no delay (going out the next business day). Thursday, Wednesday, Tuesday and Monday orders will be delayed between 1 and 6 days.
That’s not too much of a delay for a week’s worth of bringing relief to families, is it?
Remember, many of these families have no clean water or electricity. They need diapers, baby formula, food, and drinking water. They need help putting a roof on their house and clearing water out of their homes. One week isn’t much for delaying shipping, but to the people we will reach, it could make all the difference.
And If You Order the Next Weekend…
…there will be no delay. Your wrap will ship Monday and you should have your wrap by the 2nd of November.
