Anne’s Front Wrap Cross Carry is for Toddlers, too!
Anne’s Carry is usually recommended as a newborn carry, and it is excellent for those itty bitty newborns.
But there’s no reason why you can’t use this as a toddler front carry, and in fact Anne’s FWCC can be great for a leany toddler. That bunched pass we think of as head support with a newborn becomes lean-support for a wiggly toddler!
Wrap your toddler in an Anne’s Front Wrap Cross Carry arms in or arms out with the bunched pass going right under toddler’s armpits. If you like it, I hope you’ll drop a comment to let me know!
History of Anne’s FWCC
Marjolein Banis came up with this carry for her new baby Anne who had severe reflux and constantly arched out of Front Wrap Cross Carry in discomfort and protest. Read her blog post about the development of this carry here.
